Q: What does "surgepunk" even mean, anyway?

A: Surgepunk is a term I came up with which I describe as an aesthetic that specilizes in bright/neon colors, retro media, usually has a punk/techno soundtrack and who's attention span is little/nonexistent. Think Scott Pilgrim, No More Heroes, Danganronpa, the Speed Racer movie, that kind of flavor.

And yes, it's named after Surge the soda, if that helps you get an idea of my aesthetic.
